Online Return Policy

Our policy lasts 3 weeks. If 3 weeks have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed. It must also have original tags attached. We charge a $5 fee for a return label that will be deducted from your refund amount. 

Please initiate your returns by selecting “Start a Return” at the bottom of the page. You will need to enter your email and order #.


Items purchased online cannot be returned to store locations. They need to be sent in by mail to the BEACH HAVEN location.

In-Store Purchases 
If you pay with a credit card you have 14 days with the receipt and the tags still attached to receive a full refund, after 14 days you will receive a store credit for the current selling price. If you pay with cash you will only receive a store credit. We DO NOT give cash back. After 14 days it is for the current selling price. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed to receive a refund/ store credit. 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this may take 5-10 business days. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We charge a $5 fee for all returns that will be deducted from your refund amount.
